Mission
Good Shepherd Ministry Training Academy's mission is to prepare Christians for greater service.
Vision
Good Shepherd Ministry Training Academy's vision is to utilize a combined competency-based, church-based, and core-based instructional method (CB3) to train members of First Christian Church and other Christians in the fundamentals of a seminary-level education from the Restoration Movement perspective.
What is CB3?
CB1 - Competency-based education integrates knowledge, skills, and character as a guiding instructional principle.
CB2 - Church-based education commits to training in the church, by the church, and for the church.
CB3 - Core-based education focuses on the core areas of theology, Bible, apologetics, history, and practical ministry.
